The programme for children and the youth (since 1997) aims at working with non-organised children and the youth, we try to attract their attention and make them feel motivated by showing them some enduring values of life. Our work focuses on precautions against social-pathological behaviour, on support in private and family relationships and in taking over the responsibility for their own lives. The goal is to integrate them in a group of peers, while simultaneously to reduce the risk of bad habits as are drug addiction, gambling, vandalism, a lack of respect to humans and the nature, and other negative events leading to committing crimes.
Very important are services in public-open facilities and preschool groups for non-organised children and the youth, especially those who come from low-incentive families. In these facilities and groups we also motivate them to acquire learning and working habits, and to get the qualification for their asserting themselves in their future lives. Ambulatory services are followed by outdoor activities, afternoon and weekend programmes and thematically conceived camps. We believe to be essential to create a safe environment and to offer adequate as well as attractive activities for the meaningful spending of their leisure.
A special concern of the programme is aimed at supporting children and the youth in excluded areas.
Parts of the programme are:

• streetwork and fieldwork services;
• ambulatory social services, public open facilities for children and the youth, as well as clubs of preschool aged children;
• children camps, camps for the youth;
• pastoral and religious care;
• complementary services, afternoon and weekend programmes, thematically conceived camps.
